I’m moving to the Salt Lake City area and there are most certainly 4 distinct seasons there. South Florida is hot, warm and cool, but rarely cold. It did get into the 40’s this past winter, but that only lasts for a few days. I’m going to get the changing leaves in autumn, the snow in winter, the exhilaration of new life in spring and the (less humid!) heat in the summer. I can’t wait!!!

How I did it: After becoming a vegetarian, I did more research and slowly but surely cut back on dairy (as eggs were not a problem). I am much more healthy now, maintain a weight that is about 60 lbs lighter than I was at my heaviest and I've gotten SO much more energy. My moods are better, my body is healthier and my intellect is clearer. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Visited a very good friend in Salt Lake City. The mountains are quite literally breath-taking. Every single time. I put 21 years because that's how old I was. Haha. Read how I did it…
