quit drinking up here

I live in a place where drinking is second nature (a rather poor Canadian province). Needless to say, I’ve got to get back to nature plus good food eating habits.

Baden-Baden
This was 15 or so years ago. Like helenamartins, I was at one of the Baden-Baden mixed nudist saunas with a gay friend of my wife and I. Clothing was verboten! I have never (to this day) felt so comfortable and relaxed. It seems so second nature for Europeans to relax in a nudist environment (I am Canadian); we North Americans have so much to learn about being comfortable about our bodies with people we may or do not know.
