I’m not afraid of what the future might bring, because I believe in the Grand Design.

Well… that’s what I tell myself. And I’m going to smile and pretend that it’s true, until I believe it.

I wrote my goals out on 43 things almost two years ago. I’m feeling mega-dorky now that I’m reading this goal in particular… because it’s not about having a husband as much as it is about connecting on a really deep level with another human being.

Since I’m a twin, I tend to crave that deep connection. Especially since my twin is 2000 miles away and not sitting right next to me.

So while I hesitate to give up on this goal (because I think I am the marrying kind).... I am not sure that I’m pursuing this specifically for its own edification, since that probably gives the wrong impression.

Sitting in my office on Friday… the gal who sits across from me complimented my very erect posture!
