my boyfriend went out with his ex tonight, just the two of them alone. They dated for 3 years and now are best friends (six years later). For some reason my immaturity (jealousy) level rises every time he brings her up. I guess what bothers me most is that i haven’t met her, and she once called him twice in a row just to talk.

I want to learn in general. Also, i want to learn not to be jealous. And to trust people, even though with my history of neglect. I want to be strong, i want to hold on.
