i used to like never drink water, now it’s pretty much the only thing i drink. i have milk with breakfast & soda with dinner like once a week, but i have water for lunch & most of the time with dinner too. i feel a lot happier & healthier.
i bought a harmonica & “the complete idiot’s guide to playing the harmonica” .. it’s really tough. i’m struggling :/
