Yesterday I decided to use Free on Demand exercise videos to help me lose weight. I’m going to follow the exercises in the videos for an hour each day. I’ve written my goal weight on my calendar, and I’m determined to achieve it. >:3

I’ve recently discovered that my grade level in Math is… embarrassing. I hate math, but I need to get better at it. :/ One thing I find difficult is long division. =.= As many times as I’ve been taught it, I can’t remember it.
I’m proud, however, that my grade level in reading/spelling is 9 – 12 despite the fact I’m in 8th grade and have missed a lot of school. O-O
Several days ago I promised myself I’d sleep earlier and well… I didn’t. :/ But I did last night :D! At 10:30 I shut off the computer, went to my room and got into bed. Yeah, I admit I thought about getting back up, but I didn’t. I just lie there with my eyes closed, listening to music on my MP3. Around 11 o’clock I think, I fell asleep. I woke up in the middle of the night of course (this usually happens if I go to bed early), but closed my eyes and went back to sleep. I officially woke up at 7 AM. :) I felt pretty proud of myself. ^^
I think the trick is to keep your freakin’ eyes closed! Yeah, I know how boring it could be just staring into darkness, so you know what I do? I listen to music or day dream. Try to imagine doing something pleasant… like flying. Avoid letting stressful thoughts enter your mind, since they’ll probably keep you up for the rest of the night. For music, try listening to songs with soft melodies. Nothing depressing or with a bunch of loud guitars. xD
