I’ve hurt quite a few people. And one doesn’t want to ever speak to me again. In anger I wrote a letter to her about EVERYTHING I thought of her and her actions, and in anger I gave it to her. I don’t take back a word I said, I just don’t want to fight with her because she was a good friend 50% of the time. And I don’t have many of those lately. I also told a guy who said he loved me that he didn’t have anotehr chance with me. Then he started talking about cutting his wrists to make me happy and how his life sucked. I was still angry at the time and that made it worse and I didn’t want to deal with him so I told him I loved him. How do I take that back without completely hurting him?

I’m 5’6” and weigh about 145. About 2 weeks ago I weighed 150. I started this diet where I would go on the ab lounger and eat a yogurt with a slim-fast shake in the morning, have a 60 calorie pudding snack for lunch, have a 10 calorie jell-o snack, and then a lean cuisine dinner and walk on the tredmill for 20 minutes a day. I lost those 5 pounds pretty fast withina couple of days but then without changing anything would go to 140 and the next day 145 again. So I started doing pilates too and took out the slim-fast shake in the morning. Now I am stuck at 145 and it will not lower. Lately I have been overly hungry too, so I’ve been eating more than normal. I’m trying to get motivated in a diet I can stick with and loose a few more pounds but it’s not working. Anyone have any ideas for me?
What can I say, ever since I heard of Blink-182 and found out about Tom. I have loved him. From Blink-182, to Boxcar Racer, and now Angels and Airwaves. I saw him only about 15 feet or less away from me at a concert last July. I managed to spend a whole role of film only on him there. I’d do anything to actually talk to him.
