I’m sixteen years old, and was diagnosed with MDD [Major Depressive Disorder] when I was only nine. I’d been struggling with it and trying to find the right medication for about six or seven years. Last year I started a new medication and it turned out to be the one that works for me. :] But one of the side effects is weight gain, which is a total bummer. But I’m not about to give up the happiness I finally found because of it, you know? So I’ve started working out, eating better, and loosing weight. I still have fifty pounds to go, though. But I’m confident that I can do it. I think I can do anything now, man. :P

How I did it: I still have 30 pounds to loose to be FULLY finished, (changed goals) but I lost most of the weight! Read how I did it…
How I did it: [Keep in mind that I'm sixteen, so I had some other people I needed to convince to let me buy her. :P ]I saved my money and waited until I'd made a nice big accomplishment until I asked if I could buy a puppy. That way, I was already being seen in a responsible light, you know? :P Read how I did it…
I had moved in with my dad after my mom had some rough finacial problems. It just so happened that my dads dog just had a litter of seven puppies and I could keep one. I kept a little girl pup and named her Ollie. I loved her to death and was so happy to have my very own dog. Some time passed and I became really homesick, and my mom also came onto some money from her uncle’s will, and said i could come back home to chicago. It was pretty soon, and Ollie was only two months old still, so I had to leave her behinde because they couldn’t allow her on the plane, and we also already had two dogs at home. Now I have to try and convice my mom to let me have Ollie home with me, because Ollie is now old enough to be taken here, and also has had her shots, which i ended up paying for with chore money, meaning i payed for her well-being, shouldn’t i be able to keep her? I think so…
