I have always had pretty good skin. But lately, I’ve noticed that it is a little lackluster.
My first step is to consult my nutritionist. I’m hoping that she will okay me taking a Multivitamin called Multi+ Daily Glow. Appharently, these do wonders for your skin.
Otherwise I am eating clean, omitting sugar and salt from my diet. I am lactose intolerant, but I’ve decided to keep yogurt and cottage cheese in my daily intake to promote healthy bones.
So excited!

How I did it: I've always had a rocky relationship with my father. We have struggled all my life to be cvil to each other. I know that tI have hurt him in a lot of ways, and he has in turn rejected me in a lot of ways. Anyways, to make a long story short, the other day I had a sudden compulsion to hug him. Afterwards, I told him about this goal, and asked him whether or not my hug qualified as the thing that 'made his day'. He told me yes, undoubtedly.A… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I figured that the person that I chose to be my role model should be someone that I know quite a lot about already. After all there would be no point in choosing a celebrity or model (as I was tempted to do), since there is no way that any knowledge gathered on them would be anything better than general. My choices, then, were narrowed down to people in my life, or people that readily made personal information available to the public. Now… Read how I did it…
