How I did it: I've been putting this off for years. Last year, I sucked up my courage and went to the dentist...who referred me to the oral surgeon because my roots were too close to the nerve. I waited in fear for another year, but the pain was getting too much to tolerate, so I made my appointment. I was scared to death about the IV, but my doctor was very friendly and reassuring. The pain is getting worse, so I made an appointment for Friday (day after tomorrow). I’m SUPER anxious. I only have to get two out, but I’m being put under, which I’m terrified of.
I’ve been putting this off for 6 years, so I’ll be happy to have it over with. Assuming I survive. ;)
