I'm doing 38 things
For a packed lunch I cooked black bean, bacon and avocado salad from a Sybil Kapoor cookbook, and some green tea cookies I found the recipe for on youtube. Both were lovely, and even my dad and sister liked the salad which, let me tell you, is a huge shock to everyone, themselves included!

How I did it: I just got any cookbooks i liked the look of out from the library, and any recipies that I thought looked tasty and easy I tried out... slowly moving onto harder ones! Over time my confidence grew, as did my appetite for new foods! Read how I did it…

How I did it: I signed up to the site after my bf told me about it and added about 10 books (its really simple to do, if you type in the ISBN the book info comes up), then browsed for the books I wanted and asked people to swap...About the first 6 or 7 people I offered to swap with me refused so don't let it get you down! There are lots of books on there so you can keep trying for one you want :) Read how I did it…

How I did it: Erm.... saw this as a goal on here and got curious so I went to see what it was about. Signed up and ot three addresses, sent off the postcards and waited.... my first one arived after six days, yay >.< I'm waiting for one out of four to arrive now...Then today I got home and whoo two had arrived for me :) Read how I did it…

Toad in the hole
For those who don’t know this is Yorkshire pudding around sausages, all cooked together, and its pretty tricky because it’s hard to get the pudding to rise properly. Howeverrrr…. my very first one worked brilliantly :D the trick is to make sure the pan is very very hot before putting the yorkshire in ;)
