I can tell a story and make jokes to 4 people but anything more than that my hands shakes, my tongue tights up and my brain seizes to function. Public speaking can literally give me a heart attack.

Just web searching I found many ways of doing it. Others are just too complicated for my taste. Apparently Flash Video (FLV) format is the best to do this. Using Youtube is the easiest and free if you don’t mind flagging Youtube on your site. Just upload your video to Youtube and Youtube will convert your movie file to FLV, then just copy the EMBED code and paste it in the html code of the page you want it to show up. If you don’t want to flag any company, then there are some software you can buy to convert your movie to FLV. Some are expensive and some are cheap. The one made by Adobe is really cheap but the one I just bought is easyweb video because of simplicity.

I was looking for an honest testimonials for a product that I want to buy one time and I couldn’t find it, the only testimonials that I found are only good ones and on the site that the product was being sold. And where are the bad testimonials? No matter how perfect the product is, there’s always someone that won’t like it. Honest reviews are very few and most are only reviewing because they want to sell the product.
