It is definitely worth doing :) 16 months ago

I have found new muscles I didn’t know I had and it’s very therapeutic. It is also benefiting wildlife and a good way of meeting new people.

I am loving the process of helping build a beautiful nature reserve!!! :) :) :)

I need to start doing more fun things.

I have noticed that a lot of things I am doing are really serious! I need to balance this with some fun things, like flying a kite, punting or going out with friends.

Gotta do it :o)
