did another 2 miles on hilly course today
should have went for 4 but had to hurry back home
2 more days till cross country practice begins
hoping i’ve done enough this summer to keep up

well I’m 5’5 1/2 and I weigh 120.5 lbs
i know i’m not fat but i’m a runner so i need to be in better shape than this
i hope to lose 10 lbs hopefully by december
i dunno is that wishful thinking?

2 1/2 miles on a hilly course today
felt really good
would have done more if it wasn’t for the heat
been slacking lately on my running
one week left till cross country practice
hopefully i’ll be fine
