And stuck to it for about a week and a half before I stopped. Not because I ran out of things to be thankful for, but just because I got lazy. Next time I try, I’m going to keep a notebook beside my bed specifically for this purpose, so it’s the last thing I think about before I go to sleep.

Now I just have to stick to it. I don’t feel the need to write in it all the time, but it’s helped me process my thoughts and feelings much better than I could’ve without one. It’s good just to reflect on things sometimes, even just the mundane stuff of daily life.
Next I want to take on some kind of creative writing project… One thing at a time.
