I am much more stable when I’m taking them like I’m supposed to, at the right times.
How sad is it that I needed one of those daily pill box things to help me take them? How old am I??!!

How I did it: I know that many people, including me, will find any excuse not to go to the gym. So I chose the gym that's very close to my home, even though it's more expensive than the university gym (which is a half-hour walk from my apartment, and I rarely have to be at the university for anything anymore). I started slow. I made sure I ate well and took care of myself so I wouldn't get a cold or flu or an injury (the three things … Read how I did it…
How I did it: Just set myself the task of doing a few chapters a day or every other day. I kept track of it by updating here when I'd finished a few chapters so I could see my progress and get encouragement. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I defended my dissertation successfully back in November. In January I did a lot of the editing that was necessary; making the changes that had been recommended. But there were a ton of little things to do like changing margins, filling out paperwork, doing online exit surveys, checking again and again for any funky errors in pagination or spacing.I just kept a list going here of everything that needed to get done and recorded… Read how I did it…
I am much more stable when I’m taking them like I’m supposed to, at the right times.
How sad is it that I needed one of those daily pill box things to help me take them? How old am I??!!
I have a really hard time getting up early and controlling my sleep habits in general.
Being up late is usually a bad thing for me. I am up late, alone, and sometimes depressed. I also rarely am productive.
When I get into bed early with a book, I feel happy.
When I can get up early and get some things done, I also feel happy.
When I get up late and stagger around and play on the internet for an hour before i even accomplish anything, I feel CRAPPY.
It’s important for me to get a fair bit of sleep right now because the flu is going around and getting overtired is a sure way to compromise my immune system.
My main problem is I do theatre and like to go out with castmates after shows. however, the show I’m doing this coming month is only a 90 minute show. I can still go out with friends afterwards and be home a little after 11 if I am disciplined and if everything is ready for me to climb into bed at home. Melatonin would help too!!
9 seems ridiculously late compared to the schedules I know parents and 9-5 workers keep, but for me (part time, university sessional, night owl) it’s a good start.
I think the computer and TV need to go off at ten.
After that, if I haven’t talked to my partner yet, I can always use the phone.
I need to get back on this.
My hard plastic blue bottle holds 600 mL.
THat should be good at least for a start.
