I had not seen any of them before… There were none I watched that I particularly hated.

I’m actually watching a LOT of movies now, which is awesome because I probably only watched a few a year before.

So I made a pretty decent Chicken and Broccoli Casserole this week. Not great, but decent. And I’ve finally mastered the omelette. The next dish I think I’m gonna try is fish. I’d love to find a really good recipe for just a simple unbreaded fish. I’ll let everyone know how it goes.

The first debt I need to pay off is money I still owe to my University before they’ll let me register for classes again and go back… it’s about 2000$... the goal is to have it paid by September, so we’ll see…
