Back in April or March, I posted about this, and I was 170 lb. I wasn’t looking to lose the weight very fast, and I haven’t, but I’m down to 155 lb! For a while I wasn’t running so much, but I just started running a lot, and it has been making me feel really good about myself. So, I’m halfway there, and I feel really good.

I’m 16 years old and have struggled with weight since I was little. Most of my family is obese, but I’ve been taking small steps to alter the way I eat. I used to be nearly 190 back last year, but now I’m 170 and I’m really proud of that. Still, I want to get down to 150-140. I’m 5’5” or 5’6” with a bit of a “larger” frame than some… So I think that will be the right weight for me. Possibly 130. Wish me luck!
