I’ve been counting calories for a week, and I think this might actually work. I’m more aware of what and when I’m eating. Also, when I document how many calories I burn at the gym, it makes me feel like I’m actually doing something.
I figured I’d give myself a short term weight loss goal, since the long term thing isn’t working too well. My spring break is March 20 so I have a month and a half to obtain this goal. I’ve been trying to exercise daily and track my calorie intake (using sparkpeople.com and fitday.com)
