Well, I kinda did it :P 2 years ago

My husband and I were on the verge of eloping, but we both gave in and decided to tell our immediate families, who showed up at our courthouse ceremony. Though my mom and mother-in-law are excited about throwing us a bigger one, if it were left up to me, I’d keep it like this.

I’ve been to 24 states so far, I believe, and I’d like to visit all the rest sometime in my life. I’m thinking after I graduate from college a road trip is in order.

My mom’s from the Philippines, where there are supposedly in excess of 7,000 islands. Surely not all of them are inhabited. I’d love to be the only one living on one of them if that’s indeed the case.
