Day 3 / Week 2 !

Day 3 went fine, but im feelin tht my body is gettin used to this diet so i’m not losin as much weight as i did the first week.

I do exercise but not nearly half as much as i’d like too.
Think the end of this week would mark the end of me using this diet [ for a while!]

Day 2 / Week 2 !

Soooo, i’m feeling really happy and proud that i kept doin the diet for this long.
Now,my ultimate goal would be to keep doin this + working out till my 20th birthday [12-17-2007].

As for today, it went great, im abit short of the water intake, but i still got a few hours to work on that =]

Day 1 / Week 2 ! [ unpdate on Day 7 / Week 1 ]

I’m 6.5 pounds lighter – HA!
I did it , i stayed on a diet for a whole week and boy does it feel great?!!

I took a break last night [8th day], and im startin on the diet again.

I’m only adding a little thing to the diet…EXERCISE!
i actually did a few abs curls and was surprise how easy they were in comparison to what i had in mind , which if proves anything, it wud be how many of the obsticals we see are mainly in our heads.
