period

of course, i got my period on friday. mine get soooo bad- it’s like impossible or me to lose and even maintain weight on it. i’m just really trying not to gain. they are very irregular so i’m not even sure when it will end. i’ll probably re-evaluate my goals once it’s gone. GRR this is so frustrating =(
