I really wanted to do this before I left LA, which happens in a few short months. I got an offer for Xmas eve, but was already out of town.
I might have to actively pursue this now.

I forgot to mention the bears. You need to make sure your car is empty of all food, lotions, perfumes, etc.
I didn’t know that beforehand and went after a cmping trip which had lots of that stuff. It was a hassle. Be prepared for that!
Stupid

Well, I did it after the 2006 Burn with my friend Dr. Slaw. This place is so close and so beautiful that I felt stupid that I hadn’t been there earlier.
