I hiked up 4,000+ feet on a 4 mile trail. Thats a 1,000 ft elevation gain every mile! It was intense! Super steep trail. I was dying on the way up, but I pulled through. It payed off in the end. That is Mt Rainier in the background.

I just started climbing indoor about a month ago (April 07). I’ve been climbing a few times a week since I began and I’ve started to make some progress. Let’s see how I am doing the next time I check this website in a year or so.
Good luck me,
Keep with it!
Hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. I used the gum whenever I needed a fix. I started out with 4 or 5, 1/2 pieces a day. Slowly I needed less and less until I was able to switch out the nicatine gum with regular gum when I thought I needed the fix. Eventually I just forgot to bring the gum around with me and the rest is history. Outside help from friends and family are EXTREMELY helpful when trying to quit. I am definetly glad I have quit.
Good Luck,
P.s. For anyone trying the gum, I recomend splitting it with a piece of regular gum for better flavor.
