Right,i’ve been dieting and excercising HEALTHILY for about 3 weeks and the weight is just rolling off..XD…i’ve lost more than half a stone already and now i can declare i’m no longeer ever weight!....i’m still wanting to tone up a bit more though,my target weight is 9st,and i weigh 10 at the mo,but i’m only 17 so….anyways i’m hoping to look my best for October when i go to Florida…(YEYE)....
