Ive tried losing weight for the LONGEST time.. and it doesnt seem to be working.
Im about 5’3 and 128 pounds.
its rediculous.
I really want to get down to 100 or 105.
everyone tells me to run..but i HATE running.
can someone help me with this?

I want to be thin by summer. which isnt long at all.
so im thinking i need to lose 5 pounds a week, at least.
