Ok..im still on way but amm really pleased with how far i’ve come…i have always been a fat kid and still sort of am…that was untill i joined weight watchers…now don’t judge me but i am still 12 and back in late june i was deppressed about who i was and so i decided i needed a change…i was 13st 5lb = 187 lb, concidering i was and still am 12 and had tried many times bfore to lose weight and found i failed but the thing that has pushed me forward is the notion of knowing that i CAN change…the key for me was setting aside any negitive thoughts and setting myself small and realistic goals.I didn’t want to give up everything nor go on some strict exersize regime so now i am in my 18th week and am now 11st 1lb=155lb and still on my way..my next target is 10st and will stop at 9st 5lb..so it just goes to show that no matter who you are, age, gender or what eve you just need to belive in yourself and dont give up evrything just have things in moderation and i guarentee you will succced.
Update!!!! i an NOW 9ST 9LB yayayaya!!!
