this is a sign of weakness to my irrational mind. i can’t seem to control these feelings of anxiety, despair and aggression so i have to rely on chemicals for a vague feeling of homeostasis. however, my rational mind and the boyfriend encourage me to think of medication as more of a tool than a crutch. irritating, but that’s the way it is.
