After reading a bit about this cleanse I wanted to try it! I was an intense athelete and had to stop once I graduated high school, so I got stuck with about 20 pounds over what I’m used to. Im currently 130 pounds (this morning) and Until June 1st, I’m in a challenge with my boyfriend to be the Biggest Loser (of weight, of course). I won’t start the cleanse right away since I work mornings, and I hear that is the time that you’re stuck near the bathroom. I’ll be exercising and watching that I don’t stuff myself with CrunchWrap Supremes, and see how you guys do. Once I’m ready I’ll be posting up results and daily measurements. Good luck to all of you, in whatever you goal might be with this cleanse, and stay healthy!

Ok so I’m seriously scared of turning fat. I’m 5’2 and 126lbs. I used to be a very competitive rower and could never go over 118lbs (when I tried to put on weight for certain races) and I used to be at 105lbs! I stopped rowing and i got the college 15 …
hopefully I’ll get motivated to lose those extra 15 pounds ( I would be really happy at 110lbs.)
Keep the cheers and comments coming! Im gonna read all of yours now and get motivated!
