Interviewed just last friday and exactly 7 days letter and I received the acceptance letter 30 minutes ago.
I thought it would be more exciting to open the letter but the envelope was stuffed so damn thick that they had to tape it closed and I knew there could not be a rejection letter loaded into that stuffed envelope.
So, I was one of 3 slots to fill for the Spring semseter. I suppose that is pretty damn good.
Yay.

I spent a day at Kripalu for the first time over the summer. It was important for me to do something like this by myself. I had never travelled alone. I spent a lot of time with myself that day but I did transcend beyond the prison of my head. The yoga was beautiful, the teachers and students around me left me so inspired, the food was delicious, and it was amazing to be part of such a vibrant spiritual community and to be around people who wish to be so much more than what this life is set up for us as.
There are so very many workshops that I would love to be taking at Kripalu but it is expensive and at this point in my life it is hard to justify spending all that money and stepping away from my daily life for that amount of time.
