I got the “working out regularly” part down, but I’m having trouble with the dieting. Especially because working out leaves me even more hungry than I was prior & the fact that food is just… awesome! lol! I’ll just keep with the working out thing, and start on the dieting in a few days. I don’t want to overload myself goal-wise, like I did last time. Hopefully that works :D
