I have recently read the book by Lana Castle entitled “The gift of a year”. It is a wonderfully inspiring book directed twards women who put themselves last on the important list and have many unfulfilled dreams. I am not that much of a reader but I read the over 200 paged book in about 4 days. I have many ideas on what I’d like to make this year special. One is to validate my goal of losing weight by trying something I have wanted to do for awhile…hire a personal trainer. Mostly I think it will make me responsible for my workouts…I’ll have someone to answer to that I am paying a good deal of money to that I don’t want to waste. I think before I felt guilty about using family funds for something that seemed unnecessary or too expensive before. Now I feel like I am entitled to it and it may be the only thing that will work for me. It seems I have tried most “diets” out there. What I really need is hard work and a lot of sweat! Thanks for any advice.
