It’s tough to keep eating right and exercising when I know there will be no reward for at least another two months. And who knows what will happen after I give birth…
Of “exercising”. Even though I had to stay quiet while my hubby was sleeping, I did about 20 min of training with a resistance band.
At least of putting on night cream daily. Now I should try to focus more on the body lotion.
Goalkeep app called it awesome! :) I would like to believe that recently I got a better sense of when I feel full, and when I am ready to stop eating. I’ve also been trying not to eat too close to bedtime.
I want to start taking regular spinning classes to get back in shape.
Now after washing my face in the morning I started toning my whole face and neck with an ice cube. So far I’ve done it twice, and want to make it a part of my daily morning routine. It gives me a bit of a brainfreeze but feels really good.

Now that I have a couple of weeks of a more relaxed work schedule, I have been doing at least 30 min of Wii Fit for the last 3 mornings. I actually feel good after doing it. Today I tried to jog in place, and turned out to be better at it than I expected.
This goal will have to be put on temporary hold until after I give birth. Two months left to go! But ever since I got an eye-opener at my last doc visit, I have been keeping a close eye on not gaining pregnancy weight too quickly. I at at 7 months, and still hanging on to a 20-21 pound gain.
I have been putting on body lotion every morning for the last 3 days. Let’s keep it that way.
I feel like I need to do stretching. Especially before and after delivering a baby into this world. I want to see if there are any stretching programs on TV.
Last night we came home late after a movie night, and Mitya had to go to sleep ASAP, so I didn’t remove make up, or wash my face, or apply night cream. I will get back on track today
Considering that now I count days of >100 cal on the pedometer as positive for exercise. It’s not always continuous though.
For the last 3 days my dinners haven’t been that healthy, but calorie cycling is saving me. Tonight we are going out for dinner again. I better plan my day carefully not to go over my weekly limit.
