i am making several aromatherapy pillows for Christmas gifts…this will be the first project. hopefully the first of many.
twice a week seems to be the magic number, but i really want to step it up. there may be a 6 am group, and that would be nice, even if it would suck to get up that early.
i was better a week ago, but it seems when i travel for work i have no control. i know better…i know how to walk away but i just don’t seem to do it. today i can say no and mean it, so i guess one day at a time is what it will be.
