Ive been a veg for a year now and I am just starting to see some of the benefits to my health, I still eat cheese and drink cream in my coffee but thats it no eggs. No matter how healthy being a vegetarian makes me it is an insignificant bonus when compared to the 100’s of lives that I have probably saved this year. I just wish that I could leave my house w/o seeing a picture of some dead animal. Good luck to anyone trying, you know even by cutting back on meat you will be helping.
