Decided to give this up for now as I am not doing half marathon soon but still exercising regularly. Found this becoming more of a chore and less enjoyable- no point to it then. Will keep running but for fun when I fancy it not because I feel pressure to do it.

How I did it: Realised that i don't eat these things because i'm hungry but because they are addictive- once you start you can't stop yourself so easier just not to start.
