Well I told myself that I was going to exercise this morning, and pack a lunch for work. That didn’t happen. However, I did pack snacks so that I wouldn’t end up eating all the cooking and ice cream they always have laying around at work. I also started a food journal. Even though I didn’t really change my habits today, I did become aware of what I’m doing wrong. One thing I did accomplish was that I did not drink soda! yay! also I was already in bed and decided that I can’t always tell myself that “I’ll do it tomorrow” when it comes to working out. That’s how my body got this way. So, I got up and got dressed. so here I go…

Cats are awesome

My fiance and I accidentally acquired our cats after rescuing them and their starving mama. They’re more like our roommates than pets, but at times they can be very affectionate. I think cats are great for people who are busy because they’re also independant. I love them.
