They call UU congregations and the “religion” at large the “church of last resort”. That is usually because you will find many people who have been hurt by other organized religions and their dogmas. Inside there is a mix of wonderful, loving, truth seeking humans willing to share their love of science, spirituality, and friendship in a non-threatening environment. I would not trade this for anything.

It has been so long

I started this almost 12 years ago. I can’t believe it one day I am 17 and in college, next I am 10 years in the military and married.
Time goes by so fast. I have 130 credits, no degree and 7 classes to go. IT is my resolution to finish this, whatever it takes as it makes me feel incomplete.
