This is a wonderful series. The dialog and storyline are great for kids, and the underlying Christian themes of the book keep the adults interested. I am 36 and read the series for the first time about 3 years ago. They instantly moved to the top of my all-time list.
Although “The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe” is by far the most famous, it was a travesty to start the film series with this book. You need the background from “The Magician’s Boy” to really grasp the history of the story.
Enjoy!
