still working on the last 15 or so pounds...

I started by walking (at about 3.5-4 mph) at least 10 miles per week and I’m working up to 20 per week. At least 45-60 minutes per session. Oh and of course, a healthy diet. No fast food. Lots of water. And a determination to be comfortable in a bathing suit by this summer!
