as of a week now.Somehow I think it’s still rather 15 pounds that i need to lose for my ideal (im quite short,flat chested and definitely more fat than muscle so a lower weight would fit me better).Fitness-wise i’ve started hitting the gym often and getting better at running which is good but i’m sure i outbalance any possible extra weight loss benefits by eating more as well.
Generally I try to eat before going to the gym so that i have the energy to not be half assed about it.That makes for some hungry nights though.
Anyway my plans to start dancing have to be postponed since lessons are expensive(even with a student discount the best deal is 50/month).I have 50 to go for the rest of the month.
Ridiculous extra info:Finally ordered new scales.I've been roaming like crazy trying to find an open drugstore with scales since the dying old ones I kinda stole now that I think about it from my mums' were done for good.Its been some time now and ironically I always got the urge to weigh myself on Sundays,walking miles (yeah,always a silver lining) and searching for open drugstores with often incorrect info,hoping I could do the job.To make matters worse I always feel I need to buy something.Not to say all the extra dental stuff/lipbalms/nail clippers/tons of patches wont come in handy at some point,but I could have bought ultra-professional scales that talk to me about the weather with all that money.The final decision was last week,when I walked to the moon and back,found an open drugstore,got some quite expensive patches (the cheapest there),looked for scales,found no,patched my foot which had been hurt by all the walking and luckily got a bus home.No more of that.im barely under 120 pounds !soooo just 15 pounds to go!i honestly never thought i would beat my 120 plateu and it did require effort.but im closer to my goals than ever( junior high not included).
