i realized how out of shape i am and i’ve started to run regularly recently. let’s hope i keep it up and don’t give up.

not quite there yet

I’ve managed to drink 650mL for the past 2 days lol. I think I can do it if I make it a habit and slowly increase the amount. So far 1/3 there.

I’m slowly starting to draw again without realizing it. I’ve been doodling here and there on my class notes in school. Nothing I would show off as some are just random shapes and half the time ends up with me scribbling all over and crossing it out.
