Yikes, no beer

It’s been a long time. I keep thinking I’ll do it but time seems to slip away. Within the next two weeks, I’ll get some supplies and get it done.

Well, it’s not a full-fledged asana practice everyday but since the middle of October I’ve done a short morning series every day. I got this practice from Aadil when he came to Ruth’s Yoga Center for a week-long intensive in the middle of October. There are 9 postures, all done while reclining, and it takes about 10 minutes or so. A great way to start the day.
