How I did it: I picked out a bedding set Took the pictures of the bedding. I then traced the pattern on the wall. I changed the design a little when I was actually drawing it on the walls. I painted it with acrylic paints 3-4 coats. It finally took me awhile to actually take pictures of everything. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I researched the different organizations that take hair for wigs. I decided to go with Locks of Love because I knew that my hair would go to a worthy cause if it met their guidelines. I then inquired about the salons in my area that regularly gave to the organization. I also wanted to make sure that I got a good hair stylist. I let my hair grow out and kept getting it cut to get rid of the coloring I had in my hair… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I started just walking around my neighborhood on a trail by myself. I enjoy being outdoors. I pushed myself to start running/training with listening to the couch 25K program on my ipod. Read how I did it…

Ok.. I am getting very anxious now on the planning. I believe I am pretty well set on the Paris theme. I called today to see if I can get a horse carriage. It is a little over the top…. yes; however, it is going to be freezing in January. I got a horse for my son on his first birthday and a petting zoo/and a horse for his second. I have to tone it down after this. I just want to do something special for her.
Here are some of my thoughts today regarding the winter in paris theme.- Horse Carriage
- Have an art corner – paint a wall in the living room with chalk so the kids can draw on it.
- Have an area set up as a candy shop
- Have French food… croissants, Bagettes, cheeses
- Have a sweet station petit fours, pastries, chocolate
- Have French music playing
Invitations
Let the guest know to wear barrets and scarves…. Leth them know that art has been stolen from the Louve and they have to go to PARIS immediately. I will hide pictures (that I will download, print, and laminate) for the guest to find.
I might research how to make fake passports.. I already googled it but I want to get a few sets of instructions and then make samples.
