Everything is off the floor.
I now have at least two consistent running partners. I ran with one of them during the 4th of July. I got my best PR time!! 33:22 This does bring me closer to my goal of getting under 30. I’m so excited!! I just have to get faster!! and build up my endurance to run faster longer!!Looking at my entry below I did beat my short term goal to beat my last 4th of july race which I did and it was fantastic. I just now have to beat my Football 5K time and I have to eventually get under 30!!
I accomplished this going to the library several times. I have been ordering the books that I want online which helps me get the exact books that I want.
I had a massage last week. If I stay on course this week with running, I’m going to try to reward myself with a massage next week.
I met a girl at a Birthday party my son was invited to and we decided to run/walk the causeway together. My goal was to get back up to par and run a 5K. I was listening to runnningmate.com during training; however, my friend wanted to do a 5K for autism during the 6 minute week. I did the 5K; however, I did run/ walk and actually I believe it was one of my better times :) Shortly after this I stopped running because of running time conflicts. Monday I challenged myself to pick back up the 6 minute intervals and I accomplished my goal. Tuesday I did 6 minute intervals for 3.45 miles. My husband is out of town and my Running friends came up with the idea to take our kids to the park and we could just take turns going around the park walk path. It was a great workout. I ran a little over 3 miles. My short term goal is to beat my 4th of July and the Football 5Ks from when I first took up running in 2009. My long term goal is to enter the princess 1/2 marathon next year.
Ok so we had a play date on Memorial day with Dale and Sarita. I also had a playdate today with my Running friends kids – we took turns watching the kids while 2 of ran twice around the park. It was great!!
Our pool looks great. We don’t have any big leaf piles; however, I want to keep this goal until I analyze the whole bottom to call this task accomplished. We have been outside swimming almost every day and even had friends over for memorial Day.
For the past two years we have been going on date night!! We love it!! The kids love it!! We get to drop them off at the local church/school while they visit with their friends for two hours.

I have done the 10 minute workout on Dr. Oz and I enjoyed it. My husband and I decided if we can do the 10 minute workout for 7 days then he will buy the PX90!!
I sent thank you notes to a few people who sent me things during my hospital stay.

I am so glad that this is over with…. and I can focus on my daughter. I didn’t want to cancel the shower because I said I would throw them a shower. I just didn’t know that I would have my daughter two months early :) I think my sister-in-law was pleased. I’m pretty sure my brother was impressed.
She arrived two months early due to unexpected high blood pressure 238/132. I finally got out of the hospital after a 10 day stay. Allison is still in Nicu but doing great!!! I can’t wait until she is home!!
I got my first prenatal massage last saturday. This week is spring break for my kids so I don’t think I’ll get any time to fit a massage in my routine. When the kids get back in school, this should be on my top priority.
