It makes me feel good—though sometimes I get funny looks and people refusing to use them. I only get the plastic ones/paper ones when I need them for my garbage/recycling.

How I did it: Although I'm getting a little tired of all of the political coverage lately, I listen to NPR daily in the car -- it keeps me informed on things and teaches me about things I might not otherwise learn. I Like the Saturday quiz shows too! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I went early and spent time in the Roman baths & steam rooms... then laid in the sun for a bit before my Swedish massage, which was very nice, despite my awful tight muscles. After my massage, I sat in the hot spring mineral baths, then went to Club Mud -- afterwards, I showered and went shopping. It was pricey but a good way to take care of rejuvenating myself.
