I did my yoga TT with LYP and I can not begin to express how wonderful the entire experience was. The teachers, the ashram, my fellow students. I wish I could go back there and do it again! Highly recommended!

I Loved it! I worked as an International Flight Attendant from the age of 23 to 34. Then I got married and had baby (now 1 yr old)! The only thing I wish I would have done was to get a degree BEFORE I started flying! It is so much more difficult to do it now with a family. The problem is that being a F/A does not prepare you for a career outside of the industry. If you get your degree first, not only will you be a more attractive candidate but you will have that to fall back on when you eventually want to stop flying and have a family (even if you think you won’t now- that may change). I knew a few F/A s who had kids and still flew, but it was so hard for them! I couldn’t have done it! I was overseas for 2 weeks at a time! I loved the job, truly, but I am glad I did it when I was younger and now I am happy being a wife and mother (even if I am still working on that degree! :-)
I gave birth at a natural birthing centre with a midwife and my husband and mother there to support me. I had prepared for the birth of my daugther with Hypbirth (www.hypbirth.com) and Yoga (I teach pregnancy yoga). This was my first baby, and the entire labor was only 7 hours from the first contraction until she was born! It was intense, but I did not view it as pain, just sensation. Relaxation is the key! And vocal toning “AAAHHH” during the contractions(which allows you to breathe a calming breath-exhale longer than inhale-and because of the neuro muscular connection between the throat and the birth canal it allows the birth canal to be more open. Ruby came 7 days late and I was trying everything to bring on labor. I had acupuncture that day and went into labor 5 hrs later. I am actually looking forward to my next labor!!
