this is very much worth it especially if you love fashion and just being real creative. i basically just went and bought a book that told me the basics of sewing and then went and bought a sewing machine. when i was in high school we had to make a quilt so i knew the basics around starting and then just go buy you a pattern and read from the instructions. so far i have made 3 dresses, pants and like 7 shirts. you really do need the some time put aside to really get into maybe about a week and just do it. i really now would like to take a class on it so i can really good and know how to put zippers on my stuff.
