- Put the money in the bank in something which can grow faster (Shares, real estate, currency exchange, mutual trusts)

- Most friends have couples/ stay far away
- I’m usually bored on weekends, most of my activities are alone such as golf and gym
- I want to fill my time with things to do, things that i can look back 10 years later and be glad i did it at that age.

- Need to be more independent by not staying with parents
- Need my own space
