Every inch of my scalp is filled with dandruff. I’ve been to a doctor twice and all he did was recommend me a special medicated shampoo for it. It works like MAGIC but the problem is that it does the temp job. Once you stop using it, dandruff comes back right on. I have now switched to a normal, regular anti-dandruff shampoo and I don’t think this stuff is helping my hair. MY SCALP IS SOOO ITCHY!!

How I did it: I used to shampoo my hair only once a week. Now I do it about 2-3 times a week, and I only use Head and Shoulders. I stopped covering my head with a hat, which plays a vital role in increasing dandruff... Read how I did it…
How I did it: Improving memory is not something one can do by just sitting or reading a book on memory. You'll have to actually train your memory for it. Plus, every individual is unique. It had few methods that I incorporated in my life. But this is not all, these me… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I don't think there is any particular thing one can do to actually do this task. I always doubted my abilities through out my life due to others, but when I saw how well I was ACTUALLY doing in life, it really lifted my spirit. I started to give tests and say proudly that yes, this one was GREAT.. The key to do this one is to be honest with yourself. It will take a lot of time. If you are in college or high school, measure how much you ca… Read how I did it…

Since my childhood, I’ve been selfish as hell. I’ve never ever even thought of helping out others let it be financially, or in studies. I realized that I can, in fact, make a difference. All those years I used to think that, “What the hell, I am like a drop of water, nothing will differ”. I am lazy but I will try to help other people more often.
i want to get over my laziness and start to become active!!
